LUNUS - L-Loch - (Soffitta Macabra-Italy-c60-1998)

 

Old c60 cassette by this Italian project formed by artists already covered in this blog with a few amazing projects. In this tape, Lunus appears as a collaboration between Luigi Russolo , Stefano Barban and Devis G.! 3 long tracks on each side of excellent esoteric electronicks.

Soffitta Macabra is a label founded by Marco Deplano [aka Wertham] and focuses on artists of the dark ambient and industrial scene. Enjoy it.

解剖室 [Kaiboushitsu] 邪 [Evil] - (HG Fact-Japan-2010)

 Masterpiece Full lenght Album by this amazing band from Japan,I have already, posted their 7ich 髑髏 [Skull] released in 2008 by the same label. Their unique style of heavy deranged HC Punk will make happy all the lovers of certain powerful music. Only 700 copies were printed back in 2010,it is ,very possibly, already hard to get.

 解剖室  Kaiboushitsu - Translates as "autopsy suite": Featuring members of Crow / Death Comes Along / Grave New World / Last Bomb. Japanese punk band named after The Stalin song, heavily influenced by The Stalin and ADK Records bands such as Kikeiji or Masturbation. Their 2010 album "邪" (Yokoshima) is said to be an homage to The Stalin's classic "虫" (Mushi) album.

Chalice O` Plasma Aka Blood Makes An Excellent Lubricant - (Fanzine-USA-Undated)

With a radiography film as the cover page, this zine has a very good ready-made artwork to start with. It contains personal thoughts and feelings by Patrick, a man from Dorchester, Boston in Massachusetts (USA)!

Quite a lot of introspection and self-analysis here, very deep emotions crashing with the reality of the outside world or the world created by outsiders. Inside 20 pages this collection of writings somehow touches the soul and the mind. Just amazing...! Enjoy it.

KENO-Retroflex Ep-(Bandcamp-UK-2020)

 

“Retroflex" was a recording project developed by Keno throughout the coronavirus lock down period. What started out as an experiment in pairing electronic drums with electric guitars, soon became a 5 track EP. After sending ideas back and forth online, the music was recorded in a living room in Clapton.

As this recording project was approached as a one-off, there is no plans to use sequenced instruments live in the future, but it was an interesting experiment to utilise what was there at the time.

Any money generated by sales will be equally donated to two organisations that offer support to communities affected by social hardship and institutionalised racism. One is based in the UK and the other in Australia. We do not plan to recoup any money for the production costs of the tape etc.

BAD BRAINS - Live In Amsterdam (28/5/87)-(Watergate Tapes-USA-1987)

Bad Brains are an American hardcore punk band formed in Washington, D.C., in 1977. They are widely regarded as among the pioneers of hardcore punk,^[1][2][3] though the band's members have objected to this term to describe their music.^[4] They are also an adept reggae band, while later recordings featured elements of other genres like funk,^[5] heavy metal,^[1] hip hop and soul.^[5] Bad Brains are followers of the Rastafari movement.[5(from wikipedia).

Watergate Tapes was a label created by Jeffrey Surak, who was also recording as 1348 and Violet (2) Later resurfaced as Zeromoon, which is offering many of old releases by Watergate Tapes in mp3 format.(from Discogs)

AGE OF CHAOS - Stop The Torture - (Self Released-UK-2007)

 

Age of Chaos is a band from Bognor Regis, West Sussex, England, UK.! They released a tape and a couple of  7inches on the end of the 90s,this self produced CD  is dedicated to the animal rights and anti-vivisection  propaganda. The political lyrics are listed in the folded cover sleeve where we`ll find a few info about the recordings and animal aid groups. 13 tracks of furious HC Punk from the very underground of the English punk scene. Enjoy it.

BETON COMBO - Sound LTD EP -(Static Age-Germany-2014)

Influential political West-Berlin punk band. Formed in spring/ summer 1978 as DC 10. They had their first live gigs in 1979 in preparation and to promote the Berlin Antifa-Festival September 1979.
