v.a.-We Come In Peace [More World, Less Bank! Pt.2]-(Blindead Productions /Halvfabrikat Records -Sweden-2004)

Nice compilation on 7inch released in an edition of 1000 copies by the Swedish labels :Blindead Productions and  Halvfabrikat Records in 2004.It came out with a folded cover sleeve reporting info and gaphix by the bands. Music-wise, it s all about HC punk and crust, various recordings and arrangements but all in all it is a good sampler. You`ll find these tracks as waves.

Enjoy it.

JANJIRO-Atomic Generation-Θανφιρο-Ατομιχ Γενερατιον-(Self Released-Greece-90s)

Self  Released cassette by this band from Greece, I have very few info about them and this release.I guess it came out in the 90s and as music just reflects a certain kind of crossover punk very much used back then.

Good recording and good music skills, I have asked my friend Ion to translate the few info on the cover sleeve. Here what he wrote, big thank ION :)---Eventally,as this tape seems to be very rare I left these tracks as waves. Enjoy it.

¬f*a^r)a*w^a/y  click me

About the translation that you asked me in the last email, it is almost impossible to do it because although the letters are Greek, that text is very similar to english (something like to write english with Greek letters), but with completely wrong spelling and a lot of black humor. But in any case I will try:

-Spine
Artist: Θανφιρο - Janjiro (but in Greek pronounce like "thanfiro")
Title: Ατομιχ Γενερατιον - Atomic Generation (but in Greek pronounce like "Atomich Gneration")

-Cover
Artist: Janjiro
Title: Atomic Generation

-Inner Cover
Track list:
1- Ελεπυαντ Μαν - Elepyant Man (but I think that is " Elephant Man" with Greek letters)
2- Πυκε - Pyke (but I think that is "Puce" with Greek letters)
3- Ατομιξ - Atomix
4- Στοπ - Stop

Info Inside Cover (none of the Greek words info means something in Greek)

Αη! Αη)" / Thanfiro Remerchie Tous Ches Fans (Ai! Ai! Ai!) (I think that is something like the "Janjiro thanks theri fans")

Μαναγεμεντ / Management (Management): -a greek telephone number-

By the way what kind of music is this tape? Never heard about this album or the band in the past!!!

INSOLENTES/TXIXAPARRAZTA– Insolentes / Txixaparrazta -(Humildad Y Honestidad/ Difusion Anarcopunx/ Liberacion O Muerte/En Caos Records -Spain-2006)

Split 7 Inch by 2 anarcho-punk bands: Insolentes from Mexico City and Txixaparrazta from Basque Country. This production was a benefit for anarchist prisoners, it comes with info and addresses of various political prisoners. The folded cover sleeve reports lyrics(English translations provided) and messages against the state and this rotten society. It was a joint effort of 4 different labels.

I have already posted a rare cassette by Insolentes released in 2004. As for the music, Insolentes assault us with their devastating crust-core , while Txixaparrazta reminds me of some bands from the UK peace punk scene as sounds and music yet they sing in Basque language making their music very personal.

I left these tracks as waves, Enjoy it.

Psychick Warriors Ov Gaia - Ov Biospheres And Sacred Grooves: A Document Ov New Edge Folk Classics -(KK Records-Belgium-1992)

Psychick Warriors Ov Gaia is a project of the Dutch electronic musician Reinier Brekelmans. Formed in the early ' 80, they came to light only when they converted to the "ambient house" scene with the single Exit 23 (1991), strong with a heavy beat and the voice of Timothy Leary that murmurs "return to the source ". Their art progressed with the individual Ov the Maenad (1991), which mixes world-music and techno, and Out Now. The album Ov biospheres And Sacred Grooves (Kk, 1992) was in the ORB's ambient dance music vein. (The album contains eight tracks distributed over four tracks.) The Challenge (eight minutes) presents a soft techno and veils of African polyrhythms, moved by Bubbles Electronic Linkage (starting at the minute 7:56) omits all the electronics and disintegrates those polyrhythms in the long wasteland of scattered noises of the Tides (starting at the minute 12:15). Anathema Ov Jean Jacques Derrillard (first song of the third track, about seven minutes) is instead a grubbing concert of subliminal music for noises, "treated" sounds and electronic buzz, from which the second part of the Challenge (at seventh minute) takes body, a kind of psychedelic soul deconstructed in a cubist manner, and then the Key (to the minute 14:17), a sort of paleohistorical Lambada, and finally the exuberant Batucada of New Edge Mantra (retail 20:36). The last track is a remix of eleven minutes of the single Exit 23. The album was taken from the monumental single obsidian (20 minutes), which was inspired by the first Klaus Schulze and the ambient music of Brian Eno. On the album is the second track (i.e. the fourth track), lasts only seven minutes and resumes the "African" techno with an electronic melody string. source: https://www.scaruffi.com/vol6/psychic...  - click me

CRASS - Live At Aberdare 11th July 84. -(Faeces Tapes-UK-1984)

Crass were an English art collective and punk rock band formed in 1977 who promoted anarchism as a political ideology, a way of life and a resistance movement. Crass popularised the anarcho-punk movement of the punk subculture, advocating direct action, animal rights, feminism, anti-fascism, and environmentalism. The band used and advocated a DIY ethic approach to its albums, sound collages, leaflets, and films. From the word go, their career's ending was set to be 1984, and they lived up to this intention, splitting up following a miners' benefit gig in Wales in July that year (from their Bandcamp Pageclick me

REMOVAL - The Strong Silent Type - (Remove All Records-USA-2004)

Removal is a Canadian progressive metal/experimental music group based in Vancouver.[1] They recorded and released six studio albums. The band produced and released instrumental only music on their full-length albums, occasionally partnering with other artists to provide lyrics and vocals for an existing musical track.[2] The band performs without vocal microphones, communicating with the audience through text and images projected on the wall behind the band.

Removal was formed in 1997 in Vancouver. Guitarist Bill Johnston and bassist Rob Clark met drummer Ernie Hawkins when they began recording some of their jam sessions at his studio, Big Midget.[3]The band completed a number of tours in Europe, and for a time kept a van of tour equipment at the ready in Amsterdam[4] for their roughly annual tours, including one in 2004 in support of their album The Strong Silent Type.[5] Removal used the 1980 Ford Econoline van that accompanied Terry Fox on the Marathon of Hope for touring in North America for many years.[6][7][8]The band released its last album in 2007.[7] (from  Wikipediaclick me

v.a.-Cut-Up: A Music Compilation in Honor of William S. Burroughs -(The Church Of Noisy Goat-Brasil-2022)

Listen to our second netlabel compilation. Inspired and conceived in honor of William S. Burroughs and his industrial music work by cutting loops from magnetic tapes. We surpassed our goal with 62 beautiful tracks thanks to the cooperation of all the artists who follow us and support us tirelessly. We want to thank everyone and say that we are very happy that this has happened in our history and that we can share it.

This work demonstrates that Underground is very engaged. Unreleased and previously released tracks by artists of various musical styles, which proves that the artistic genre of collage developed by William Burroughs is omnipresent and very fruitful in experimentalism. I sincerely hope that you enjoy this work in partnership that is inserted today in our Bandcamp and take a copy by Free Download (Name Your Price) and have fun with this overview of the world scene of cut and paste sounds.
