I already  posted few tapes by this great German project,I am re-posting here now 3 more cassettes already passed to Vita Ignes Corpus Lignum blog few years ago.
Siegman Fricke and Dieter Mauson were active and  very prolific  during the 90s,they are back together as DSIP and here there is their official blog.
 I simply love this project and I will very likely post more music by them in future.Enjoy it.

ASTAROTH - Demo(Self Released-Italy-1984) + The Long Loud Silence(12" ep -Rave On-Holland-1985)+ Demo(Self Released-Usa-1988)

Astaroth was created in Rome by drummer John Panko Onofri and original guitarist Steve Lenti during 1982. Lenti was supplanted by Max Cipicchia. Perhaps one of the more impressive Italian Metal bands to have emerged in the mid 80's. Astaroth, fronted by the confident vocals of Bob Cattani, impressed the Dutch label Rave On Records enough to obtain a contract leading to the release of a mini album entitled 'The Long Loud Silence' in 1985.

Following a European tour and the dismantling of its record label, Astaroth moves to Los Angeles in 1987 in search of a new record deal. After encountering countless difficulties, rejections and day to day hardships, the members of the band part ways, each following a separate music career in the States. In 2005, after an 18 year hiatus, Shining, Max and Jan decide to join forces again. In 2006 the recording of ten previously unreleased songs begins in Los Angeles.(from Encyclopedia Metallum),last album "The End Of Silence" was released by She Wolf Recs in 2012.

One of the best speed metal metal bands of the Italian penisula.Enjoy It.

THE HOUSE OF HUSHER-Wedge Beating Wrath-(Beton Tapes-Germany-c46-1992)

The House Of Husher is a German goth rock act founded in 1990 by Jörg Kleudgen & Markus Pick.The band went through numerous line-up changes, making Jörg Kleudgen the only permanent member.

This project is still active and here you find their official webpage with info,videos,biography and all the rest.

This tape came out with a small booklet attached to the cover sleeve-very well done it reports lyrics,pictures,cool drawings and more info.The recording is very good and it will make happy all the lovers of old school goth rock.

Beton Tapes was a very good Hamburg based tape label run by Alexander Pohle.

IGNE NATURA RENOVATUM INTEGRA-Igne Natura Renovatum Integra-(Anomaly Music-Russia-c46-1995)

Igne Natura Renovatum Integra was thee project by the  Russian sound artists Leonid Savin [guitar , voices, harmonica, percussion] and Andrey Ivanov [bass, voices, percussion, noise].. Andrey "Atheist" Ivanov appears to currently be active with thee project Misery, and has also participated in thee projects Off The Cuff, 2nd Off The Cuff, Медве На Мече.. the sounds for this release are lo-fi sound collage techniques utilised in a fairly interesting manner.. great esoteric album art and Latin track titles.. sure some of you out there will enjoy this one, another great rare old cassette-(review by Crepusculum)

HITHLAHABUTH-Light-(Hithlahabuth Recs-Germany-c60-1990)

Hithlahabuth are from Germany and have been active for more than 10 years. As yet, they released only a few works on their own Hithlahabuth Records label which also served to release their solo (often under different names) and collaborative projects. Hithlahabuth is the name for "burning" or "glowing" in the sense of ecstasy of the religious notion of "chassidism".

Their work can be defined as droning sound-collages, similar to Maeror Tri and early Current 93.(from discogs)

For people into ambient noise this is a great tape.

H.D.Q.-Sinking-(Vinyl-Positive Records-Uk-1989)

Here the amazing album by the melodic hardcore legends H.D.Q.-originally released by Positive Recs in 1989,this is just a classic album and it stands strong against the years passing by.
Fast,melodic,well played,great lyrics and vocals,stunning guitar riffs,very original style-this LP has it all.

I was happy to discover they are still playing and I hope to catch them live sometime soon,here their FB page.

Future Vision 2015 (Thoughts/Words)

As first post for this year that just started I am writing few thoughts that I want to share.

I started this blog on Dec.2013 with the  intention to post as much as possible mixing mail art,videos,music,zines and graphix.

I think I managed to achieve what I had in my mind at that time.

As future vision for this year I see myself less involved in all those activities- scanning old fanzines and converting tapes into digital takes lots of time and at the moment I am busy with other projects and my travels too.To all the people whom got in touch with me via email or with their comments I  can only say I am happy to know somebody out there appreciate my efforts here.

I did notice quite few people are using my original rips (taken from here or from the other blogs I used to co-operate with) for their YouTube Channels or blogs-almost everybody didn`t care to write a note to say where they did find those rips neither a simple "thanx",I would have appreciate one word or 2 of gratitude.
I still have lots of stuff to share but at the moment I do not have the time-Time is the Enemy,as always...
To all the friends who supported me in keeping this blog alive I send you all a very big thanx,I am not writing down all your names but you know who you are.
