Fantastic compilation edited and released by the Spanish Munster Records in 1997. It was a Cd given away free with the Spanish magazine Factory No.16.  24 Bands with explosive songs playing a great mix of garage rock, psychadelic rock, rockabilly, hard rock, surf`n roll and more old school rock n` roll. Enjoy it.

THE RADSTERS-Faster Than Police-(Self Released-Italy-2019)

The Radsters is a band from Naples (South Italy) playing a raw form of straight in your face speed rock mixed with a good dose of energetic punk: think Motorhead meets Turnonegro on a battleground.
Formed in 2008, connected to the squat scene of the Partneopean capital after a few line-up changes they established a very tight combo and have played many gigs in and out the Italian boot.
Their first 7inch "The Radsters" was released in 2012  followed by a full- length cd "The Wild Bunch" in 2015.
This is their last production: a 12 inch with 8 tracks on one side while on the other we`ll find a nice screen-printed original drawing.

You can find the discography on their Bandcamp Page where you can get their music choosing your price, while you can read the last news on their FB Page.
For all of you curious to know more, a very good and in-depth interview
has been published on the webzine Son Of Flies last month.
To complete this post I am attaching the last video.
A big Thanx to Peppe (the bass player) for providing links, pictures and related info.
If you are into fast, aggressive and powerful punk`n`roll then you` ll love The Radsters, this last 12inch is definitely a good one.
Enjoy it.

v.a.-Romantische Strasse-(Not On Label-Italy-1988)

Amazing compilation on a c46 cassette covering old and obscure Italian bands playing psychedelic and garage rock.
11 tracks by the same number of bands all of them having their own personal touch, good recording and unfortunately no info on the cover sleeve.
If you like psychedelic rock then you`ll love this one.
A great sampler.
Enjoy it.

v.a.-Rain Tapes International Compilation Vol.2-October 1992-(Rain Tapes-UK-c95-1992)

Another astonishing compilation edited  and distributed by Julian Smyth who was running this tape label called  Rain Tapes during the 90s in Wales.
I posted the unknown 12 ,the Unknown 11 ,The Unknown 13 and The Unknown 14 and also another one simply called Rain Tapes International -each issue was coming in a different colour and an insert with track list and band addresses.
It features a good selection of bands playing punk, garage rock and new wave.
A wonderful tool to know more about the very underground music world of the early 90s.
Enjoy it.

THE NEOLITHICS-Eclipse-(Demo+Live-Self Released-Italy-c90-1994)

The Neolithics was a  band hailing from Foggia(Southern Italy) and playing a raw and "primitive" garage rock 60s style, they were in love with this music genre and  they had  great skills in song-writings.
They formed in 1989 and played until 1993,after that they took different paths: Mario formed the mighty Petrifieds,Massimo and Jack went to join the medieval band Follorum Ensamble and Pennello got involved  with the HC punk band Oltraggio e Resistenza.
This cd called Eclipse was a c90,the last cassette they released and it contains all their recordings:the first demo "From the cave"recorded in the first squat of their own town with a cheap sound system and a 4 tracks recorder,"Live 92" is a live recording of their gig  in Montesilvano supporting  the Fuzztones and few extra tracks recorded in the practise room of Diskarika Occupata(the squat in which they were involved).
A big thanx to PuppyBArf for the digital conversion of this great tape.
The Neolithics  are considered one of the best band of this music style coming from the Italian Boot during the wonderful  90s.
Enjoy it.
