Number 16 of New Bulletin created and managed by Alessandro Ceccotto,who was also managing a big Mail Art Archive in Adria(Northern Italy)-I wrote about him when I posted the fanzine The Mouth.
Alessandro started this publication in 1988 and He was printing 4 issues at year,all the people involved received a free copy of it.
Inside its pages we find tons of mail art projects and flyers about mail art exhibitions too. Warning : Mail addresses here probably obsolete.
