MUDCAKE - Water Resist Demo - (Suck Cops Records-Italy-1994)

One of the first band featuring Daniele Brusaschetto!! They were acrtive in the early 90s playing a form of art-rock mixing some psycheledic and some sort of of experimental rock. Good recording and nice graphix too.I left these tracks as waves. Enjoy it.

Matching Head 7 (Small Zine-Matching Head-UK-199?)

Another small zine by Lee Stokoe, the mastermind behind Matching Head tape and zine label!! This is not the first micro zine that I post here by him and I covered this label quite a few times already.
9 cm x 3.5 cm this is a micro-zine with comics and drawigs by Lee himself is a kind of classic by his label.
A little pearl of the undeground indipendent zine world of the 90s.
Enjoy it.

NOSTRADAMUS - Earthlights - (Shadow Records-USA-1997)

Nostramus' debut, EARTHLIGHTS, kicks off with the dub'n'bass of "Babel," which at one time was called jungle (you can hear more of it on "Live 'n' Direc'"). "Let's Fuck It Up" is much lighter on its feet, though it's not afraid of the bass one bit, while the vocals on "Dark Jewel" go much more in the R&B direction. The title track zips into outer space momentarily, but the ethnic rumble that starts "Mystic Drum And Space" brings us back down to earth quickly. There's some atmospheric d'n'b on "Flashbacks," as well as the spry bumps of "A Force As Yet Unknown." But the real gem on this album is "The Oohs," which takes a single vocal sample and makes it almost drifts over the beats. It does take a darker turn, of course, but it retains its sense of wonder. Not bad, if (review by Scoundrel on Discogs)   click me

Their powerul mix of noise rock, post hardcore and math rock is explosive and I bet that they were a great live act. 10 tracks of this long playing, that doesn`t appear on their Bandcamp Page, I left these tracks as waves. Enjoy it.
