Bikarbonato was a fanzine made by the Bikarbonato Collective in La Cuadra (Basque Country-Spain).

It was mainly focused on poetries and short stories with a few drawings. This is the issue number 1 and there is no date listed, I guess came out sometimes in the 80s.

K-Goendiola was a Spanish fanzine printed in Leon, it started in 1986  with a print run of 500 copies.

FALO n1-(Fanzine-Spain-2004)

Free fanzine edited in Barcelona in 2004 and focusing on/against the patriarchy from a masculine point of view, in fact, its subtitle is Masculine Liberation Against The Patriarchy.

Subjects studied here: Relationships amongst the genders, social backgrounds and sexual relationships, emotional emancipation, myths about the masculine orgasm and a few more related issues.

I have found this little free zine very interesting and well done.
Unfortunately, it is in Spanish language only!

Masakre n2-(Fanzine-Spain-1989)

Old political fanzine by a Collective Of Youth In Mislata (Valencia-Spain) covering punk bands and some political subjects.

In this issue American imperialism, Antifascist resistance group "First October", some poetries, history of The Crime Gang Bang from Italy, a report from a prisoner of the Grapo group, some comics, Vegeanza from Peru`, anti-sexism and feminism,Alcoholicos Cronicos from Valencia(Spain),antimilitarist prisoners,Maniatica from Alicante and an article against the heroin. 

Very old school it has all the DIY spirit of the punk scene from the 80s. 
It was all printed with the use of a  Cyclostyle (copier): The Cyclostyle duplicating process is a form of stencil copying. A stencil is cut on wax or glazed paper by using a pen-like object with a small rowel on its tip. A large number of small short lines are cut out in the glazed paper, removing the glaze with the spur-wheel, then ink is applied. It was invented in the later 19th century by David Gestetner, who named it "cyclostyle" after a drawing tool he used. Its name incorporates "stylus", classical Latin word for a pen.

Spanish HC Punk with classic sing-a-long and punk-rock rhythms reminding me of many old  Spanish bands.

Pintalo De Verde n5-(Mail Art Container-Spain+Global Networking-1991)

Pintalo De Verde was a mail art container created by the Spanish mail artist Antonio Gomez in the early 90s.

This is the issue number 5 and it contains artworks by 16 mail artists who sent him 20 copies of their artwork to be assembled in this zine/container.

Quite a few very good artworks with a free theme and free size too.

ILEGAL N1-(Fanzine-Difusion Libertaria La Idea/Don`t Belong-Spain-2001)

First issue of this amazing Spanish zine released as a joint effort by the labels Don`t Belong and Disusion Libertaria La Idea.

Lots of columns with ideas about various political issues, interviews with Pequena Oruga Mecanica, Cruz Nera Anarquista, Zanussi, Skuld Releases, Nodo 50, Sin Dios,Posession +one comic story and lots of music reviews.

Very well done with a nice graphic layout, this is a great anarco-punk zine.

KUARTO DE KILOS-Me Importa Unos Cojones-(Self Released-Spain-1998)

Anarco-punk band from Corbera Del Llobregat (Barcelona) formed in 1991 and active since then with some changes to the lineup, they have out 2 CDs of the labels: El Lokal and Kamilososetas Muscaria.
You`ll find all their productions as a free download and a long detailed biography on this blog: Musica Komabativa.

This tape has a very good recording, it came out with a lyrics sheet.

If you like Spanish ska/punk sung in Spanish language then you`ll love this tape.

Great compilation cd with all Spanish bands covering the music of Joy Division, released by this Spanish Label based in Sevilla.

Some tunes are amazing...just as some of those bands.

v.a-Recompilatorio Benefico Liberacion Animal "Angry Voices"-(Not On Label(?)-Spain(?)-199?)

This tape is a great international compilation featuring various bands playing Sludge, HC Punk and somehow heavy riffs with screamed angry vocals. It was a  benefit for an animal rights organisation as the name in Spanish states.

I am sure it came out with a booklet explaining the benefit and giving us info about those good bands, unfortunately   I`ve lost the booklet, therefore, I have very little clues about this production and those bands, any soul out there with more info about this great cassette???

I `d love to know more.

Fantastic c60 sampler with a great selection of bands and tracks,good recordings and interesting lyrics too.The subject of this compilation was Anti-Sexism and it came out with a nice booklet that unfortunately I cannot find in my messy collection of flyers,zines,mail art...

Enjoy the music for now and hopefully one day in future I will post the booklet too.I have little info about this spanish label active in the 90s.

Etsaiak is band from Basque Country formed in 1987 and still alive and kicking,they sing in basque language and play HC Punk,powerful and fast music with some straight to your face lyrics!

This is their 2nd  demo totally diy,it has a folded colour cover reporting info,contacts and lyrics.

Mail Art Show Hommage A Kurt Schwitters-(Merz Mail-Spain+Global Networking-1994)

Kurt Hermann Eduard Karl Julius Schwitters (20 June 1887 – 8 January 1948) was a German artist who was born in Hanover, Germany.
Schwitters worked in several genres and media, including Dadaism, Constructivism, Surrealism, poetry, sound, painting, sculpture, graphic design, typography, and what came to be known as installation art. He is most famous for his collages, called Merz Pictures.(from wikipedia)

This is an amazing mail art documentation about this international mail art project in which 275 artists from 37 countries sent their contributions,the documentation,printed in off set on glossy paper includes one art-work by each artist.

Very well done,with a graphic layout inspired by the old  posters of that era,this is a good fanzine about the beat culture and related issues.

FREAK SHOW/HOMO ERECTUS-Split Tape-(Sour Grapes-France + Cavalera-Spain-c60-1994)

Split tape with 2  HC punk bands,Homo Erectus from Switzerland and Freak Show from Spain,they seems to be both interested into animal rights activism +other political issues.

Freak Show offers us both studio and live recordings instead Homo Erectus only a live recording.It came out with a booklet with addresses,info and lyrics.It is included in this folder.

It was a join- production by the spanish Cavalera label and the french Sour Grapes label.

A Very cool fanzine created and distributed by Jaime Diaz and  Isabel Martin in Sevilla(Southern Spain)during the 90s.

This is the number 0 and it contains interesting ideas and articles about /against sexism, animal exploitation, poetries, graphix works, drawings, and personal views points about the punk scene, freedom and more interesting subjects.

ESTETICA POLAR-A Mi Novia Nunca Le Gusto` Iggy Pop-(Mono Records-Spain-2000)

Estetica Polar is a project from Madrid playing experimental electronics with guitar and synth.This tape is crafted with some ambient noise and musical expressions quite soft and harsh at the same time.

FELIPE MONSTRUO-Y Los 40 Ladrones-(W.C. Records-Spain-1997)

Felipe Monstruo was a band from Barcelona(Spain) playing a funny form of HC punk sung in spanish touching the Oi and the punk rock.
In this tape they offer us 13 tracks,very well recorded and with a colour cover sleeve + lyrics.
