Number 5 of this astonishing fanzine already covered in this blog a couple of times. Cormy`s individual writings mixing his own experiences and music reviews + interviews making this zine pretty personal and original.
In this issue: Interviews to Doomtown, Martyrdom, a critic at Queers In Molotovs(a cafe in Ungdomshuset:Copenagens autonomous center),zine and music reviews + few personal stories.
The usual punkish graphic layout finishes a cool fanzine. Enjoy it. ~f(a^r~a)wa}y~ click me
Another great production by the two Italian noise-masters, this is, in fact, an amazing collaboration by Devis Granziera (Teatro Satanico) and Marco Corbelli alias Atrax Morgue.
I have already posted an old tape by this project, in which they use the name Nekrophilia.
It was released with a 12 full-color pages booklet (not included here), and it was recorded in 1996, 1997 and 2006.
If you are into industrial noise and esoteric electronic madness than you will probably love this one.
Interesting Mexican fanzine with articles about cinema, politics, art, DIY culture, ecology and green energy, philosophy, punk bands interviews and zines + cds reviews.
It came out with an international cd-r compilation of various bands playing punk, HC punk, powerviolence and similar genres.
Nice graphics, cool writings, wonderful drawings and a positive attitude.
Overall a good zine especially thinking that it is the first issue. I `d love to read the other issues. In Spanish Only. Disfrutalo. ~f(a^r)a/w:a)y) click me
In this digital release, this legendary collective presents 4 soundtracks of 4 different performances held in Torino and around that city, their hometown, in the years 2005 and 2006.The last track is instead an unreleased track recorded in a studio.
I have already written about them when I posted their masterpiece album released in 1989 "Suidicio Modo D`Uso".
For who missed that post CCC CNC NCN is a radical collective from the anarchic/antagonist underground scene, combining old-school industrial sound with conceptual records and live shows about unpopular topics, such as suicide as an extreme choice of freedom, mass control, and oppression.
An FB page about them and their recent activities is here, on this page you can read also few reviews about those performances.Unfortunately, this page is in Italian language, only. Enjoy it. ~f*a^r~a)w^a~y( click me
Amazing double cd compilation + a well done fanzine of 68 pages(A4 b/w) with info about the bands and a long article about the history of the anarcopunk scene in France.
This article is translated into english and spanish and you can read it here, on the same webpage more info about this compilation and related projects.
The 2 cds of this long sampler offer us a wide view of the big anarcopunk scene in France spanning two decades(1984-2006)!The graphix layout is very nice providing lots of info, only in french language but you`ll find some translations on that page.
A precious and very useful document digging into the history of counter-culture and punk music with an attitude.
Hailing from Porto Alegre (Northern Brasil) this band assault us with a "killer cd" of 13 tracks!
A very good recording + nice graphix and lyrics listed in double languages(Portuguese and English) make this cd a very good production. No Rest plays fast and clean mixing a very raging old school HC Punk with some d-beat influences,a bit of crust punk and lots of stormy energy. The girl singing has a powerful voice screaming very interesting political and personal lyrics backed up by a turbulent drum section and very fast guitar riffs.
Everything get better and better as this cd keeps spinning around and I can only suggest all the HC Punk lovers worldwide to get to know this amazing band.
Good enough I just found a great video:one of their gig in St Peterbourgh in 2004, they are just explosive on stage.
I passed this one to Radiomolov and Misterioso Impossivel blogs few years back yet those links are dead now.
I posted few original video performances by Brandelli D`Odio and therefore I spoke already about them here, here and here.
I haven`t posted any music by them yet,so this time you`ll find here "2 cds+booklet discography "released in 2006,limited edition of 200 copies,it is sold out and I released as digital format to let it circulate via the net.
To whom missed the other posts here a brief introduction to this punk collective:
" Brandelli D`Odio was a
collective of squatters coming from different towns and based in the
squats in Foggia (Southern Italy),they were active from 1993 until
1997, acting as a kind of open collective.Their line up changed various
time according to how they were planning their shows and the different
possibilities of the time-travel circumstances. They used to mix into their live shows music and experimental theatre.During their short
life they released 2 tape productions and 2 seven inches, one of those
posthumous. In 2006 a double cd called "Sopravvivo?" was released, it
did include almost all the discography of this band.
A very big thanx to X.One for the digital graphix re-make as pdf file.
To finish this post I am going to attach here a slideshow from my Youtube channel, where you`ll see more pics of those old days.
Adaptories is an improvised band composed by 5 people.According to the notes on the backcover this cd was recorded in their practise room when it was just ready to be used.
Instruments used:drums, trumpets, microphones, pedal effects, guitars, laptops, synths, toys, metal tubes and amplifiers.
This is pure experimental music touching the avant-garde,the old school industrial and some weird yet genius art rock...well think about all this music styles blended with a bit of noize...the final result is astonishing. Another great relased by 1000+1 TiLt Recordings.
There are 3 song titles listed in Greek language,my friend La Maga provided english translations;Big Thanx.:)
This is for people into creative and "unspeakable" music.
