Bagger/Lieselotte–Bagger/Lieselotte-(Sorry Records-Switzerland-1999)

Amazing split vinyl with two Swiss bands from the crust punk scene of the last century. Bagger used to make performances with fire and masks while playing their furious HC punk. I think they were involved with the Schrottbar in Biel.

Lieselotte plays a violent form of grindcore mixed with HC punk...I spoke about them when I posted their Split tape with Pakita.

This record comes with an 8-page booklet with graphics and lyrics(all the relevant scans included here). 

A great vinyl for people into violent music with positive ideas and attitude.

Lieselotte-Live/Pakita-M.S.1.-(Split Tape-Self Released-Switzerland-1998)

Split tape with two very different acts, on one side Lieselotte from Switzerland and on the other side Pakita from Spain.
There is not much info on the cover sleeve although from the few info I can guess a few things.

Lieselotte plays a fast and angry HC punk with political lyrics sung in French language, just 2 lyrics reported on the cover sleeve, it is a live recording of their gig held on 24/02/1998 in an antifascist festival in Neuchatel(Switzerland).

 Although recorded live the overall quality is pretty good, I imagine their live shows must be really powerful.

Pakita seems to be a one-woman project from Spain. She plays a rather violent form of noise industrial made with machines, echos, effects, feedbacks and filtered vocals,
this session was recorded in her "cave" in August 1998 and the recording is awesome.

Other than this info I am not sure if this tape was self-released and where it was released, I guess in Switzerland.

This is definitely a tape both for people into HC punk and Industrial Noise.

v.a-Positive & Dead Negative & Free-(Gurteliertapes-Switzerland-c90-1995)

Another production by Gurteliertapes, this time the number 7 of his catalogue, Pille named this sampler "Positive & Dead Negative & Free" and it is a 90 minutes cassette with different styles and lots of bands/artists as usual in his extravagant type of releases.

Quite an eclectic compilation mixing many different music styles (strange pop, violent grindcore, noise industrial, weird folk and more, you name it)!

v.a.-Punk Is...More Than The Government And Fashion Controlled Record Stores Offer-[Vol 7]-(Resistance Prods-Switzerland-c90-1993)

Another compilation of the series Punk is... a series already covered in this blog, as well as the label Resistance Productions managed by Lara, Pablo and FTS were active for 7 years releasing lots of stuff(7inches, tapes, zines, leaflets...).

As far as I know, Pablo started another label called Strongly Opposed when Resistance Prods ceased to exist.

It was compiled in June 1993 by Pablo! Songs ordered by Lara(of Örmaal Records) comes with 24 half sized page booklet with bands contributing a page each with lyrics, artwork etc., unfortunately not included here.

A good anarcho-punk compilation!Lots of good bands, political messages and good recordings.

NEVER BUILT RUINS-Demo 2005-(Disturbance Records-Switzerland-2005)

Great debut demo by this killer Swiss band mixing cutting-edge crust punk with "Motorhead" style arrangements and surprisingly Lemmy`s similar voice.

NO SANCTUARY n30-(Fanzine-Resistance Productions-Switzerland-1994)

Number 30 of this Swiss punk zine released by the label Resistance Productions.I already posted few issues of this fanzine and lots of other productions released by this small yet very lively and totally DIY and anarchist label based in Zurich first and then relocated to Biel. 
It was managed by Fritze F.T.S., Pablo Van Paz ,Sämy Soyahead, Oli, and Lara.They were active from 1988 to 1998. 

Short yet very interesting.

CALHOUN CONQUER-Lost In Oneself-(Aaarrg Records-Germany-1989)

Excellent album by this Swiss band playing a very personal form of tech-prog-thrash metal.They formed in Zurich in 1987 and disbanded in1993.

Professional musicians, great recording, nice graphics, and lyrics...the mix to become big was all there yet they never became famous and quickly disappeared only a few years after this pure gem, sadly.
Aaarrg was a German label founded by Alex Thubeauville in the mid-80s and now inactive.

For all the fans of Voivod and Young Gods.

No Sanctuary n25 + No Sanctuary n27-(Resistance Productions-Switzerland-1994)

Number 25 and number 27 of this Swiss punk zine released by the label Resistance Productions.I already posted few issues of this fanzine and lots of other productions  released by this small yet very lively and totally DIY and anarchist label based in Zurich first and then relocated to Biel.

ERIC BOROS-Comrades!Solo Travel-Guitar MAN-(Mini-cd-Manufracture-Switzerland-2006)

Eric Boros has been immersed in the global underground for the better part of the last twenty years. He is a self-taught guitarist, experimental multi-instrumentalist, improviser and composer, cassette archivist and performance artist, curator and networker, photographer, and translator. With a focus on trans-cultural and interdisciplinary collaboration, he has established connections with artists from around the world and off the beaten path, crossing the borders between art, music and noise.

In this c90 sampler we find different bands offering us various music styles:some doom rock,some HC Punk,a bit of noise and a pinch of experimental electronics.Very good recordings all the tape around...

NO SANCTUARY Zine n20-Sept. 1993 + NO SANCTUARY Zine N21 Oct.1993-(Resistance Productions-Switzerland-1993)

No Sanctuary was another fanzine made by the 3 minds behind the label Resistance Productions active in Switzerland during the early 90s. I did post already quite few productions by this small yet very  nice and prolific label,so you just need to search this blog.

In the number 21 of their on-going fanzine you`ll find interviews to MDM,Jouni Of Sivullinen Artcore,articles about raw food and Kaval Diy Space in Greece+tons of fanzines and music reviews,while in the number 20 you can read a very good interview to Teminus 

+articles about shock therapy,animal experiments and thoughts about their own label + more reviews and info.As far as I know Pablo started another label called Strongly Opposed when Resistance Prods ceased to exist.

Very interesting short but great fanzines.

Scum was an anarcopunk band from Bottorop in Germany,a discogs page about them is here.

This tape was captured live on the 31/03/1990 and then released on the Swiss Resistance Productions a label covered in this blog many times.

FREAK SHOW/HOMO ERECTUS-Split Tape-(Sour Grapes-France + Cavalera-Spain-c60-1994)

Split tape with 2  HC punk bands,Homo Erectus from Switzerland and Freak Show from Spain,they seems to be both interested into animal rights activism +other political issues.

Freak Show offers us both studio and live recordings instead Homo Erectus only a live recording.It came out with a booklet with addresses,info and lyrics.It is included in this folder.

It was a join- production by the spanish Cavalera label and the french Sour Grapes label.

FOREHEAD-Demo Tape 1994-(Self Released-Switzerland-c30-1994)

Another nice release by the mighty Forehead,Swiss band already covered in this blog when I posted the Demo 1991 and their amazing Cd Regazzoni of the 95.

In this demo released in 1994 you`ll find some tracks that will be eventually released on their cd the year after.
