KLEG-Zing-(Barooni-Holland-1992)

Kleg (1984-1995) was an art-rock ensemble from Groningen, the Netherlands. Influenced by Glenn Branca, Rhys Chatham.
Kleg recorded two albums: #15 'Eating and Sleeping' and Zing.
#15 was a 50-minute suite.
Zing had a more conventional rock-feel and was produced by Lee Ranaldo of Sonic Youth. Both albums are out of print.
4 unreleased tracks from 1995 were made public in 2014 via their Bandcamp page.
Recorded at Studio 20 (Tienen, Belgium) at August 19th & 20th and September 2nd till 4th 1991. Issued in a 4-panel Digipak with white tray, manufactured by Van de Steeg, Holland under license from AGI, USA.
Some copies with a sticker on front: "Produced by Lee Ranaldo (Sonic Youth) / mixed by Luc Van Acker (Revolting Cocks)"
All the info is taken from Discogs.
To complete this post I am here attaching a great video with a track from this album, here the info from that Youtube Channel:
"A video for the song Diamanda by KLEG. (Yes, this is the stereo version) Diamanda was a track from KLEG's second album ZING, which was recorded in aug./sept. 1992 in Studio 20 in Tienen (Belgium) by Luc van Acker (engineering) and Lee Ranaldo (production). The video was made in the winter of 1993 by VPRO TV for their show TV Nomaden, a weekly experimental show that was on Dutch national TV between 1992 and 1995. The video was filmed in KLEG's hometown Groningen, but I can not recall where that nomad`s land was. In fact, I only remember it was a fuckin' cold afternoon! Diamanda was named after Diamanda LaBerge Dramm who was born in the month we wrote that track. This Diamanda LaBerge Dramm: http://youtu.be/NcF7VwpKhEA More vintage music by KLEG at https://kleg.bandcamp.com/ https://soundcloud.com/kleg"
Enjoy this great album.

GENDERS-There's Something In The Treats-(Tigerbeats6-USA-2005)

Genders is a duo composed by Evan and Jeans playing an interesting mix of art rock, no wave, minimal sequences + experimental electronic music with a very lo-fi key.
This miniCD was conceived and produced with a very DIY approach.
"Recorded in June 2005 with Evan`s 8 track by us with help by Evan`s Father Curt Johnson..."
Tigerbeat6 is a San Francisco and Berlin- based independent and (mostly) electronic record label run by Kid606 (Miguel De Pedro).[1] The label is run as a DIY operation and releases a variety of electronic music styles, including noisecore, intelligent dance music, bedroom pop, folktronica, and electronica-driven hip hop.[2] The name reflects De Pedro's obsession with cats, which also comes to light in the catalog numbers, all of which start with MEOW. It is also a loose reference to the top-selling teen magazine Tiger Beat. The label's first release was in 2000; it has over two hundred releases in total.[3] A 2001 compilation of the label's output was described as "stripping intelligent dance music of its intelligence[,] often resorting to outright silliness, and sometimes parody."[4] The AV Club described the same compilation as satirizing glitch through "gestures borrowed from punk, indie-rock, and hip-hop."[5]
Tigerbeat6 has four sub-labels: Nibbana, Shockout, Tigerbass & Violent Turd.(from wikipedia)
I really like this, I think is pretty good...
Enjoy it.

W.O.O.-Hung On Fanatics-(Self Released-USA-1993)

Recorded mostly with a sony walkman and few tracks with an 8 tracks recorder this tape by W.O.O. offer us a mix of futurist weird extravaganza noises melting avant-garde,space  rock and more cool improvisations. The songs are all mixed together therefore I didn`t index it.
Bonnie Kane(saxophone,electornics,direction,nerve)+Jim Fourdiadis(bass,piano,pecussion,vocals)+Eak(vocals,words,insipration)+
Race Age(drums, piano, percussion and baking vocals) made a perfect NYC super band of experimental art rock.
Good recordings and few useful info on the cover sleeve.
Enjoy it.

COSMIC DANCE SOCIETY-Dilemma And The King Of Thing-(EE Tapes-Belgium.c60-1995)

Cosmic Dance Society is Caroline Frerichs:vocals, keyboard, sampler and Rasmi Nithokar.:guitar, bass, drums, sampler ,programmig + vocals.
They play a nice art rock crossing the experimental music and the psychedelic waves of post-industrial music.
This tape was originally released on the German Irre Tapes in 1994 and then re-released on the Belgian EE Tapes in 1995 in a limited edition of 50 hand numbered copies.
I did pass it to Misteriso Impossivel blog few years back, however that rip was wrong and so I converted into digital again and this time is much better.
Enjoy it,it`s a great tape...

KOOS-The walkman tapes-(Sound Action-South Africa-1990)

Unknown to the most Koos from  South Africa were active in the 80s playing avant-gard and art rock remind us lots of east European experimental bands of the  late 80s.
This tape is entirely recorded with a walkman tape recorder and  a single microphone,no over-dubbings and post effects were added to these recordings, making  this tape a masterpiece of art rock in its core, essential and hard to listen yet genuine.
It was eventually released on Sound Action, little and creative tape label from South Africa.Nijgh & Van Ditmar ‎from Holland released a full cd  of this band back in 2006
This tape is not indexed.
For you into adventures of weird sounds.
Joyful no sense art rock and post avantgard muzik.
