Kapotte Muziek-Weapons Of Musick-(Midas Tapes-Holland-c30-1986)

Kapotte Muziek was founded in 1984 by Frans de Waard, then living in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Soon he was joined by Christian Nijs, who also lived in Nijmegen. They did not actually play together, though: Christian would record all the sounds at home on cassettes and give them to Frans, who would manipulate the material in different ways (pitch-change, loops, etc.).
This way of working (using 'second-hand' material and recycling it endlessly) became the core of the activities of Kapotte Muziek.
In 1987 Christian left the project in favour of playing rock-music in a real band. Until 1993 Frans continued the project on his own through the Kapotte Muziek By ... series, inviting as many musicians as he knew to send in material to be recycled. This resulted in collaborations with groups like S.B.O.T.H.I., Merzbow, De Fabriek, Yeast Culture, Odal, Asmus Tietchens and many others. Gradually, the harsh territory of industrial music was left behind and other forms of electro-acoustic music were explored.

 Also part of the Blossoming Noise set (I have 2 left) was this august release, a particular early favourite. The a-side is recycling (as remixing was called back then) of the 'Electrocute' cassette and the b-side was a new piece of slowed down 'other' music. Released by my own Opus Dei Society (of which I will do a blog on its own soon) and Midas Music, cover shown here.

TEMPLE OF DAGON-Rlyeh Or Bust-(Self Released-USA-200?)

Temple Of  Dagon is a band from Los Angeles (USA) playing stench metal/crust, they, in fact, define their own music as Lovecraftian Crust/Grind/Thrash!

I have no info about this production, their Bandcamp Page doesn't list this Cd-r ep and it does not appear in a Discogs Page dedicated to them.

It contains 4 well-recorded tracks of pure metal/crust madness where their love for the myths and legends by Lovecraft is well revealed.

PS Stamps Back vs Anal Vissi ‎– Homefucking Is Killing Prostitution -(1000+1 TiLt/Minor-Greece/Germany-2015)

Originally released in 2005 by the Greek label 1000+1 TiLt as CDr this classic piece of electronic beauties it is been re-issued in 2015 by the same Greek label with the joint effort by the German Minor and new cover-sleeve artwork by Monotonik.

I wrote many times about 1000+1 TiLt as I have already posted quite a few old tapes by this amazing label, lately, Jason opened a Bandcamp Page where you can listen/buy many of his new releases.

To complete this post I am adding a few scans of the cover sleeve of the 2005 CD-R with some info not available on that Bandcamp page.

ESTOMAGOS VAZIOS-Vida De kaos/Boca De Esgoto-(Self Released-Brazil-1997)

Recorded sometimes during May 1997 this CD-R seems to be the only production by this Brasilian combo playing a raw form of HC punk with political lyrics sung in Brazilian /Portuguese.

The lo-fi recording kind of match with their super-raw style, the real sound of the very political underground punk where the messages are more important than the music.

Astonishing old sampler with a bunch of great names from the first wave of industrial/electro scene of the fabulous 80s.

Different styles covering some electro/new wave, some experimental electronics and other rather bizarre music passages. 

Megamagomusic is the legendary tape-label managed by Alberto Fiori Carones who released mostly, obscure and radical artists, from the very underground electronic/industrial scene.
