An amazing video by this unknown American project called Testicular Momentum, apparently active in the late  80s.

Anybody out there with more info about this great project?

60 minutes cassette sampler compiled by Dumbo Distro sometimes in the 90s.

It features old italian HC Punk bands from the 80s.A good selection of tracks and names.

If you are into old school italian Hc Punk then you`ll like this one.

BIG CITY ORCHESTRA-Massacre Again-(Tonspur Tapes-Germany-c60-1986)+BIGGE CITY ORCHESTRA Meets EEL O-Pandora Snicker Eros-(Ecto Tapes-Usa-c60)

Other 2 tapes by the famous and incredible Big City Orchestra,I already spoke about them when I posted Baobab and Anguilliform.
Their website is very well done  and offer us lots of info,videos,music + archives,people and more,go here to check it.
I guess they are quite famous in the underground scene having had a very long history and discography yet I am going to re-copy what it is written on the discogs page dedicated to them as I find it very good.

v.a.-Murderous Hands Off Nature Beauty-(Big Toe Agro Tapes-UK-c90-198?)

This was a long compilation benefit for Hunt Sabouters Association Leeds group.It does include lots of bands some of them became famous in the following years.

Here the names:The Uprising,Autonomy,Chumabawamba,Civilized Society,Tree Of Life,Electro Hippies,Heavy Discipline,Incest Brothers,Crow People,Feed Your Head.

The  various recordings are pretty good and it has different  music styles,making this compilation a very nice one.Enjoy it!!!

How To Get The best From Your Cassettes!!!(Printing-Leaflet-Cassettes Culture-80s)

 This is a print that I found in the middle of my zines/flyers collection.I have no idea who printed it and how old it is, I guess it is from the 80s.
A perfect example of the cassettes culture of the old days...and yes the spelling mistake makes it very cute...somehow!!!

v.a.- SUBWAY TO DEATH -(Sick Records-UK-c60-198?)

About this tape  I am going to c+p some info taken from discogs webpage :
"Sick Records was founded by members of the Decay,basically to release the band's own stuff.
The label then released tapes/records by other bands until one of them became to lazy
and was kicked out(me!)-definitely justified.The 2 other guys then decided to start
Far Out Records (2) while I started Resistance Productions..."

However this compilation is not on that page and it seems to have been released on the end of the 80s and then distributed from Resistance Productions in fact I am sure I  received it from Pablo of R.P.
For the tracklist and  some info  I am  attaching the scans of the cover-sleeve pages.
Everything is a bit messy on the cover-sleeve and some of the recordings are not the best, as for the music  expect raw punk and anarchist lyrics.
I guess this is very hard to find now.

MENTAL ANGUISH - The Killing Floor (Audiofile Tapes-Usa-c60-1988)

Mental Anguish is the project by Chris Phinney,still active now days.
He is also the mastermind of Harsh Reality music,old and prolific label of experimental electronic music born in the 80s.
This tape is crafted with electro experiments and rhythms that are a kind of trademark of that music  born in the 80s and at the time very underground and unknown.
This  beatiful artwork on cassette came out on the legendary tape label  Audiofile Tapes  managed by Carl Howard.
I pretty much like this tape-a very creativity flow runs  throughout this music and if you are into esoteric elctronickx and hypno-electro then you`ll love this Mental Anguish cassette.
A real  jewel from the crypt of the 80s.
