MONSTER MAIL N7 -(Mail Art Documentation-Global Networking-1997)

 Number 7 of this ongoing mail art project launched by Evan Griffiths back in the 90s. Inside this zine many drawings, a short story, some comics and an extra lino print by Evan himself, all inspired by the subject:MONSTER. Diversity Is Strenght! n2-(Fanzine-UK-1996)

Anarcho-punk zine made in Scotland in the mid-90s, this is the second issue and it contains interviews to Scatha, Sad Society, Game Over, Apocalypse Babys, Head Apart, Aktifist and Evan of Mitsey Distro + zines and music reviews. 

Well done and with the usual punk layout graphix itis worth checking out.

v.a.-SPIKED AND UNITED-(Mitsey Distro-UK-199?)

Long compilation on tape by Mitsey Distro, I have already posted two other samplers by this very active distro.It was managed by Evan Griffith, in Sheffield(North England)who was also printing the amazing fanzine Gibbering Madness, which I posted few issues and also He released the cool video compilation Video Ate My Brain.

Unfortunately, I have lost the booklet coming with this tape, 

therefore I have no info about the bands involved.The music is HC Punk, Powerviolence and similar genre.

v.a.-Animal Abuser...Die In Pain-(Mitsey Distro-UK-c90-1995)

I spoke already about Mitsey Distro,It was managed by Evan Griffith,in Sheffield(North England)who was also printing the amazing fanzine Gibbering Madness,which I posted few issues and He released the amazing video compilation Video Ate My Brain.

This is a long international compilation with lots of anarcopunk bands and it was benefit for Thornberry Animal Sanctuary.

It came out with a small booklet reporting graphix works+lyrics by the bands included and info about the benefit project.

Very nice and well done.

VIDEO ATE MY BRAIN Video Compilation-(Mitsey Distro-UK-1999)

I spoke already about Mitsey Distro,It was managed by Evan Griffith,who was also printing the amazing fanzine Gibbering Madness,which I posted few issues.
This  is instead the only video compilation that He did release and It offer us great examples of  art videos documenting the amazing works of few very underground video artists.

Here I am attaching the video from my YouTube channel,It is indexed,so you can easily check all the different creative contributions,it is a 2 hours long video with a lots of very different ideas/messages.Very good indeed.

It came out with a small fanzine with addresses and art-works of the related artists.

Big thanks to B.A.O. for the video conversion from VHS to digital format.

v.a. - Magistrate`s Head On A Stick - (Mitsey Distro-UK-c90-1996)

I wrote already about Mitsey Distro when I posted the fanzine Gibbering Madness and the mail art documentation Monster.

This is instead a compilation edited and distributed by Evan,factotum of Mitsey Distro and it contains songs by :

Selfish,Vaffan Coulo,Anachrust,P.U.S.,Democratic Disorder,M.D.M.,Garage Lopez,Face Ache,Slaughtered Society,World Chaos,Self Inflicted,Disobey,Cider Vision,Sprakta Snutskallar,The Cineapple Punx,Alkoholiki Anonimni,State of Filth,Assert and

Brandelli D`odio.

The recordings have a different quality but overall is good,the music is Hc punk,crust punk and grindcore and it came out with a booklet with lyrics and related info. 
It was benefit for Sheffield Anarchist Black Cross.

Gibbering Madness n4-1997(fanzine-graphix-art project-UK)

I spoke already about Evan Griffith when I posted the mail art documentation Monster.Evan was also running a diy distro called Mitsey distro and doing comics,videos

and benefit compilation tapes.

Here I am posting the number 4 of his fanzine Gibbering Madness.

 This number contains different art works,interviews,reviews of zines and  tapes and more stuff.

Very interesting and totally hand made.

No photoshop here just pens, pencils

and xerox copies but great fantasy.
