Number 12 of Lola Fish fanzine,I already posted the number 10.Short fanzine edited by Bruno Pommey in Mainvilliers (France) mixing mail art,random artworks and reviews of fanzines and cassettes.
In this issue different contributions by various mail artists,a very nice comic story by Blair Wilson+Sparrow,flyers and mail art invites.

Short fanzine edited by Bruno Pommey in Mainvilliers (France) mixing mail art,random artworks and reviews of fanzines and cassettes.In this issue also an auto-interview by the Italian mail artist Ruggiero Maggi and the French mail artist Jean Francois Robic + an interview to the German composer/musician and mail artist Harald Ziegler.
31 pages full of info about the very underground network of mail art and zines makers.

I guess it was printed in 1990 or  early 1991 although there is not date listed anywhere.

The flyer by Red Neon Tapes requesting artists for the very first compilation by this label moved me deeply.
