Etat Des Stocks is the personal project of Patrick Parent, head- master of the historical tape label Red Neon Tapes. I wrote already about him when I posted 3 of his compilations called New Hippies, as I said before all his productions were not for sale and he was only trading them with other tape-productions:the true spirit of the cassette label culture of the 80s and 90s.
This tape is pure experimental electronic music.
Very good indeed.
