Re-Flux/Regina Quantistica-(Mail Art-Pic/Postcard-Italy-1991)

A very nice photo postcard size sent by the mail artist Andrea Ovcinnicoff from Genova(Northern Italy).
Andrea was also managing a very useful Mail Art bulletin called Arte Atre.
