Fermenti D`Avanguardia n5/6-(Magazine-Italy-1988)

I have written about Marco Corbelli many times, therefore I believe He needs no introduction on this blog.This sampler offers us many great artists in the field of noise, and death industrial.

"Atrax Morgue was Italian noise musician Marco Corbelli (April 3, 1970 – May 6, 2007). Many of Atrax Morgue's early material was released on cassette, as part of the industrial/noise 'cassette underground' of the early 1990s. Often these cassettes were released on Corbelli's own Slaughter Productions label, some of which have now been reissued on CD-R. Throughout the late '90s, Atrax Morgue released numerous CDs on prominent noise labels, such as Self Abuse Records, Release, Old Europa Cafe, RRRecords, Crowd Control Activities and Ars Benevola Mater.
Corbelli committed suicide by hanging on May 6, 2007. He was 37. He had always had a vocal fondness for and interest in death."

GERIATRIC UNIT-Nuclear Accidents Ep-( Social Bomb Records, Violent Change-Germany-2007)

Hardcore Punk from Nottingham, UK, with ex-members of Heresy, Hard to Swallow and Shank.They play a very powerful and fast HC Punk, great recording, lyrics reported in the cover sleeve, here an introduction is taken from their myspace.

"A hardcore punk outfit -- of the "Loud Fast Rules!" school -- made up of drummer Steve Charlsworth, bassist Kalv Piper, guitarist Jim Rushby, and vocalist Gords Holmes (former members of such groups as Heresy, Iron Monkey, and Hard to Swallow), Geriatric Unit first came to some prominence in the British scene with the critically well-received EP release Nuclear Accidents in March of 2007.

A second EP, Life Half Over, followed soon after. The Nottingham, England-based group was then able to release a CD compilation of its first two EPs for Japanese label Speedstate. As 2008 dawned, Geriatric Unit were hard at work on a handful of 7" releases. ~ Chris True"

SIVULLINEN Newsletter 5/97-(Sivullinen-Finland-1997)

Another astonishing issue of this amazing newsletter:

Sivullinen was a newsletter edited by Jouni Waarakangas in Helsinki(Finland)!!!Jouni was printing in it everything that was coming out from the underground world.This newsletter had no borders!!! 

We could find in its: news about zines, comics, tape labels, mail art, anarchist newspapers, poetries, short stories, experimental music, adverts for future compilation tapes, flyers of bands and their productions, mail art projects and whatever was related to all those subjects.

The graphics layout was messy and at the same time funny on one A6 size folded page or more pages.

It was printed 4 or 5 times at year in a print run of 1000 copies and it was free although a donation of stamps would have been always very appreciated.Jouni was into trading zines and cassette productions!!

Sivullinen was also a great fanzine created by Jouni and I have already posted few numbers as well as a couple of issues of this newsletter, you`ll find it all here.
